VIRTUAL MEETING

When will the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting take place?

The ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting will take place the 19-21 August 2020. As we are in the early phase of putting together this online event, there are still many questions that remain regarding format, content, duration and timing. We are committed to delivering an event of the caliber you expect, which embodies the spirit of ISEH meetings and will reach its international community. Over the coming days and weeks, we will be working closely with our Board of Directors, Scientific Program Committee, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and more. Please stay tuned for additional communications from ISEH to learn more about this virtual event.

How can I support the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting and ISEH?

As we transition to a virtual event, we ask for your support in the following ways:

  • Submit an abstract for short talk selection and virtual poster session. The Call for Abstracts deadline is now extended until 25 June 2020.
  • Join or renew your ISEH membership for year-round access to ISEH webinars, Simple Blood posts, Experimental Hematology and more. This is the best way to get involved.

REGISTRATION

I registered for the 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting and plan to attend the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting. What do I need to do?

Registration for the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting will open soon. If you wish to transfer your registration to a virtual registration ticket, please contact us at info@iseh.org.

 

I registered for the 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting and I am unsure whether or not I will attend the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting. What do I need to do?

As a registrant for the in-person meeting in New York City, USA in 2020, we invite you to keep your registration for the in-person meeting that will take place in 2021 in New York City, USA. If you take no action, ISEH will defer your meeting registration to 2021. If you wish to receive a refund for your registration, please contact us at info@iseh.org. If you wish to transfer your registration to a virtual registration ticket, please contact us at info@iseh.org.

 

How can I register for the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting?

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND INVITED SPEAKERS

I submitted an abstract to the ISEH 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting, what should I do now?

ISEH abstract submissions are now open through 25 June. If you have already submitted your abstract an want it to be considered for the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific, you do not need to take any action. If you would like to withdraw your abstract, contact us at education@iseh.org.

 

I am considering submitting an abstract to the ISEH 2020 Virtual Meeting, what should I do now?

Abstract submission for short talks and virtual posters is now open through 25 June. We do NOT anticipate offering an extension beyond 25 June. Please visit the abstract submission webpage to learn more and submit your abstract.

 

When are abstracts for the ISEH 2020 Virtual Scientific Meeting due?

Will there be a call for 2020 Late-breaking Abstracts?

No, there will not be a subsequent call for Late-breaking Abstracts in 2020. The only call for 2020 Abstract submission for short talks and virtual posters is now open through 25 June. Please visit the abstract submission webpage to learn more and submit your abstract.
