Associate or Full Professor in Stem Cell Biology

The Division of Biomedical Sciences within the recently accredited School of Medicine at the University of California Riverside is seeking to hire a new faculty member at the tenured rank of Associate or Full Professor. Preference will be given to those individuals examining stem cell biology in the context of human disease and/or therapies who are committed to a collaborative approach to research, and who are expert in their specific disease model.

Bioinformatics postdoc position at UCLA 

One postdoc position is available immediately in Dr. Grace Xiao's lab at UCLA. The research projects will explore the forefront of extracellular RNA bioinformatics and biology. Qualified candidates are expected to have a strong track record in bioinformatics, statistics, machine learning or related fields. Experience with high-throughput sequencing data analysis is preferred.

Postdoctoral Researcher

The Porse group at The Bioinformatic Centre, Department of Biology at University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen N, Denmark is seeking a postdoctoral fellow responsible for the analysis of genome-wide datasets (Chip-seq for transcription factors / histone marks, RNA-seq, microarray analysis) generated by the Porse group. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is inviting Letters of Intent for the second round of its New Idea Award, a grant program intended to develop safer and more effective treatment paradigms for patients with hematological malignancies. Specifically, the program is offering concept grants in support of academic researchers with innovative therapy ideas that are substantially different from current standard treatments and may advance to clinical testing in the short-term.
