Endowed Chair in Pediatric and Hematology and Oncology/Professor

The Children’s Hospital of Richmond (CHoR) at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA in conjunction with the VCU Massey Cancer Center are recruiting an established and funded investigator to be the inaugural Children’s Hospital Foundation Endowed Chair and Division Chief in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. Candidates must be eligible for appointment at the rank of Professor (tenure eligible), be Board Certified in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology, and have a strong track record of research funding.

Chief Medical Officer

Immunomedics, Inc., Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the Clinical Research organization. Required qualifications include: M.D. with Board Certification in Oncology and/or Rheumatology strongly preferred. If board certified in another field, must have proven track record of involvement in trials that have led to registration/Phase III. At least 15 years of relevant industry experience in either the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. Strong experience in oncology and autoimmune diseases.

Director, Clinical Immunogenetics Laboratory

Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) is seeking a Director for the Clinical Immunogenetics Laboratory (CIL) to support their hematopoietic stem cell transplant program. Candidates should have a Doctoral Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological or Clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution or a Doctor of – Medicine licensed to practice in the state of Washington. Certified or eligible for certification by the ABHI.

Post-doctoral fellow-Stem Cell biologist

The Kibbe Lab at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking a post-doctoral fellow with stem cell biology experience to perform translational vascular biology research. Requirements include a Ph.D. in Cell Biology or Stem Cell Biology, significant cell culture experience, including induced pluripotent stem cells, and proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English. The fellow will work to analyze the distribution and function of resident and circulating stem cells in animal tissues. Vascular biology experience is a plus but not required.

Postdoctoral Fellow - Mammalian Hematopoietic and Erythroid Development

The Baron Laboratory, Icahn School of Medicine Mount Sinai, NY, has fellow positions available to investigate molecular mechanisms of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell fate specification using mouse and human primary cell and ES cell models and animals. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have an MD and/or PhD degree, and a strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, hematopoiesis, and/or mouse genetics and publications in internationally recognized journals.

Postdoc Fellow in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Research

One postdoc position is available in the Dr. Kenichi Miharada’s research group at the Lund Stem Cell Center, Lund University, Sweden. The search is for an enthusiastic, highly motivated postdoc researcher with strong background in hematology and experiences in cellular/molecular biology. Essential skills: Flow cytometry, cell culture, techniques used in hematology, skills using mice. Desirable: experience using mouse model.

Postdoctoral position available immediately in Stem Cells and Bioengineering

Dr Mike Doran’s laboratory is located in the new Translational Research Institute on the Princess Alexandria Hospital (Brisbane Australia) is looking for a recent PhD in stem cell biology, molecular biology, biomedical engineering or related fields.
