All travellers to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane; they cannot apply for a visa on arrival.  The only exception is New Zealand and Norfolk Island passport holders who will normally be issued a visa on arrival in Australia. Depending on how you apply, or where you apply from there may be a charge for an Australian entry Visa.

Some delegates will be eligible to apply for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA).  ETA’s are available to passport holders from a number of countries and regions.

We strongly advise all participants to apply for a visa at least 6-8 weeks in advance of their intended date of travel.
