How to get your blood(y) CRISPR/Cas9 to work - Tips and Tricks from Experts in the Hematology Field


CRISPR/Cas9-based technologies are revolutionizing genome editing, and its applications in experimental and clinical hematology are rapidly expanding. However, technical hurdles and pitfalls can hamper its efficient and successful use. In this ISEH webinar, hands-on CRISPR experts will share their experiences and provide practical insights into how to best apply CRISPR/Cas9 technology in your lab. A wide range of topics will be covered, from gene/enhancer disruption approaches to CRISPR/Cas9 delivery methods and CRISPR-based screening.

 

This webinar represents an ideal opportunity to get technical advice with assay design as well as expert tips and tricks to improve your own experiments. The speakers will be Daniel Bauer (Harvard), Daniel Dever (Porteus lab, Stanford) and Michael Gundry from (Goodell lab, Baylor College), while David Yudovich (Larsson lab, Lund) will serve as the moderator.
