-To pay by check please fill out the paper registration form. Mail form and check to ISEH Headquarters.
-Group Discounts: 5 or more attendees from the same institute or lab are eligible for $45 (USD) off registration. 10 or more attendees from the same institute or lab are eligible for $50 (USD) off registration. Please email ISEH Headquarters to obtain instructions for using group discount codes. Groups must register together in order to receive the discount.
-All Member, Student, and Non-Member rates include welcome reception, coffee breaks, beer and wine during poster sessions.
-Guest Pass includes welcome reception and access to poster sessions and exhibit areas.
-Social Event: Join other Annual Meeting attendees for a night of socializing over dinner and drinks. Dinner and two complimentary drinks provided. A cash bar will be available. Tickets will be $75.00 on site.
-New Investigator Mixer: Take the chance to socialize with other new investigators from around the world during an evening of mingling and drinks at the Six Resto Lounge at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Ticket includes one hour of light snacks and drinks.
-New Investigator Meet the Expert Breakfast: Join your favorite expert for breakfast. Attendees select which expert's table they would like to join for breakfast. View of list of experts here.
-Cancellation & Refund Policy: All cancellations must be sent to ISEH in writing (email, fax, or letter). For cancellations received before 2 June 2014 deposits will be refunded less $70 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible. A handling fee of $30 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after 2 June 2014.
