2012 Meeting FAQ

Q: Why should I attend the 41st ISEH Annual Scientific Meeting?
A: You will be energized by the leaders in hematology and stem cell biology who present their original, unpublished and significant research advances. The meeting is small enough to allow you to speak directly with those speakers whose work is most relevant to your areas of study.

Q: Why is the meeting being held in Amsterdam?
A: The vibrant local hematology and stem cell community make this thriving international city a great spot for the ISEH Annual Scientific Meeting. It is convenient for our members traveling from Asia Pacific and North America, and the August timeframe allows our European members to attend at the end of holiday season.

Q: How can I keep my costs down?
A: First, be sure to register by the early bird deadline and reserve your spot at the meeting hotel. New Investigators: when submitting your abstract, be sure to indicate that you would like to be considered for a travel award.

Q: Do I need to apply for a Visa?
VISA Applications for International Delegates: Any countries listed on The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs website link would require a VISA to enter and attend a conference.
